Change of Computer
If you change your computer, you should contact us for a discounted price on another license for the new computer. This becomes necessary as our product is designed for only one computer at a time throughout the life span of that computer as it contains one hardware code. If your computer is formatted, the license will still be functional, as your computer hardware code will still be retained by your computer after reformatting.
You need stable internet connection to run this software. In other words, you must be online to run the desktop version as the license activates when online.
We encourage our clients to use the software with care and not involve in any criminal activities or use the software to scam or commit frauds. Our software should be used for business, personal and other legitimate purposes that warrants the use of stamps and seals for legitimate purposes. StampSealMaker.com shall not be responsible for any illegitimate use of this software to commit crime or any criminal activities as a result of using our StampSealMaker software.
This is a free software to use for life. However if you decide to use the license version after tyring the free software StampSealMaker do not issue refunds after payment hence we allow our customers to download for free and use the software as long as they like. However, on rare cases, if the card was stolen or used in a fraudulent manner, in this case, we will issue refunds on the card directly and cancel the license.
What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?
stampsealmaker.com has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors.
Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility.

However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor´s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
